Refund and Returns Policy

Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions:

§10 WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

  1. A Customer who is a Consumer or a Business with consumer rights and who has consented to the immediate performance of the service and delivery of the Products before the expiration of the withdrawal period thereby forfeits the right to withdraw from the distance contract, a fact of which the Customer was made aware when giving such consent.
  2. A Customer who is a Consumer or a Business, by requesting during the purchasing process that the Service be provided before the expiration of the withdrawal period for a distance contract, thereby forfeits the right to withdraw from the distance contract to the extent that the performance under the Contract has been fulfilled at the time the statement is made, which the Customer acknowledged by making such a statement.
  3. Except as provided in points 1 and 2 above, a Customer who is a Consumer or a Business with consumer rights and who has entered into the Agreement has the right to submit a notice of withdrawal from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, calculated from the date on which the Customer takes possession of the Products or Services covered by the Agreement.
  4. A notice of withdrawal from the Agreement may be submitted in writing by sending the notice to the Seller’s registered office, or electronically via email to the Seller’s email address: hello@piercingacademy.com
  5. A notice of withdrawal from the Agreement may be submitted using the sample form provided below the Terms and Conditions, although the use of the sample form is not mandatory.
  6. If a Consumer or a Business with consumer rights has submitted a notice of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement before the Seller has accepted their offer, the offer is no longer binding.
  7. The Seller shall refund any payments made by the Consumer or a Business Acting as a Consumer in connection with the Contract from which the Consumer or Business Acting as a Consumer has effectively withdrawn, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer’s or Business Acting as a Consumer’s notice of withdrawal from the Contract.
